      Finish ceiling with exposed beams
      Drywall
      Build storage places

      Paint
      Install wall mounted air conditioner
      Move in and enjoy
      Apply thin urethane foam board to the cinder block wall on the inside.
      Paint the cinder block wall with sealing paint.
      Install phone and coaxial cable jacks.
      Seal the gaps to the upstairs at the top of the front and rear walls. The heat escapes up there.
      Re-Install garage door trim pieces and clean the garage doors.
      Install and caulk the side door trim.
    Partial Repair sheathing and reinstall siding.
    Half done Install garage door openers.  Left side and right side.
      Free up and repair windows
    Scheduled for summertime Paint the garage floor.
